Claimed to be a home warranty company. The letter received had no company name or business address. I asked but it would not be provided unless I agreed to participate and send a deposit. The letter described that there may be a requirement to have a home warranty in place at all times for a construction loan. I was informed that I have had a home warranty in place which was false. A 3 year home warranty (all mechanical and appliances) for $250???
