Call claims to be a representative of Amazon customer service & identified was to be a suspicious purchase of 1400 on electronic items on a chase credit card made out in my name. Card number provided was incorrect & customer service rep want my bank information to contact them to stop payment on said transaction. Customer rep was then told by me they need to contact chase fraud number not my bank. Rep supposively put me on hold & page as they said me to chase fraud rep . Later a man picked up pretending to be chase fraud rep & asked for details of what happened then said he need to start a case number & requested the last 4 digits of my SS number. I said no.
